Bruschetta with Tomato

INGREDIENTS:

2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 1⁄4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon cracked pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
8 slices Italian bread (cut about 1 inch thick)








1. In a large bowl, mix the garlic, onions, tomatoes and basil.
2. Add the balsamic vinegar and virgin olive oil.
3. Add salt and pepper. Mix the contents again.
4. Slice the baguette loaf diagonally, into thick slices and lightly toast the slices until they are light brown on both sides.
5. Serve the mixture on the warm slices of bread.
